Tropicana Corp Bhd has unveiled a new collection of homes dubbed Tropicana Urban Homes to offer more affordable houses to middle-income homebuyers.

During the launch of Tropicana Urban Homes, group CEO Datuk Yau Kok Seng said the developer targets to build 10,000 to 15,000 condominium units under the collection in strategic urban areas in the developer's existing and new landbanks over the next five years.

Tropicana Corp expects Tropicana Urban Homes, a new collection of affordable condominiums, to contribute RM2 billion sales in the next two years.

The gross development values for Tropicana Urban Homes in Tropicana Heights and Tropicana Aman are RM423 million and RM1.3 billion, respectively.

khat, please do not simply give information because is quite annoying, unless you are very sure what you are saying.

Personally, i feel Trop is underrated and trade below market price. I keep this counter for years, but started to feel impatience after its recent performance.
The company is making money and giving out dividends, but the share price is not doing well.

Any comment?

khat, really salute you. I not sure whether can apply LOGIC in share market. Some counters trade at P/E 50, some at 5. By the way, i am not a kid. But i hope what you say can fulfill soon because i still prefer to hold this counter.

Just to check with you where you get this information of privatize? They just gave out share dividends in Apr (1.2 treasury shares for every 100 existing ordinary shares), which reduced their cumulative net outstanding treasury shares from 20,101,035 shares to 3,352,042.

And in this forum, we share information and should respect every single individual.

If a company starts doing a share buy back but the price falls to new lows (like in Parkson) then it's not a good sign. Better wait for coming QR first.

Tropicana Corp Bhd independent director Tan Sri Othman Abd Razak has been redesignated as Chairman with immediate effect, following Tan Sri Rastam Isa retirement in May. Tan Sri Othman is also serving as an adviser to the Prime Minister. Tropicana has also announced a first interim dividend of 2.0 sen per share. (The Edge Daily)

and nta keep increase that mean assets good
revenue and net profit keep improve
this share should at least RM 1.50 for me
