Why need to sign acceptance form? Other similar privatization no need? Sleeping authorities can't even protect minority SH to ensure reasonable offer price? Daiman case also offered substantially low price.

My view is if they only get this 5% until the closing date, what can they do with this 5% ? Bear in mind the partner behind is Dymon, I don't think they will be satisfied with only 5%. Most probably they will raise the price to make the takeover successful or get at least 30% controlling stake from YeeLee.

If we sell at the price which is not reasonable...in future all those public listed bosses will follow also, ie offer us low price.
Those monies r our hard earn money also...we invested in shares juz to get slightly better earning compare to fixed deposit in bank eventhough at own risk. Can't they more considerate!

Yee Lee also called me yesterday to enquire if I had received the form opt to sell Yee Lee. I
said that I bought at higher price than RM2.33 and therefore not keen to sell unless Yee Lee and its associates willing to pay at higher price. The Gentleman replied that there will be no higher offer price. Thus, I prefer to keep Yee Lee shares for long term.
