That not the process, they have to call for EGM and get it approve by Shareholder then submit to Bursa.

03/05... Propose Bonus issue

10/05... Company announced date .. Notice of meeting

18/05... General meeting.... Announced outcome of meeting

11/06.....Date for... Notice of Bonus Entitlement

Its merely took 3 weeks

But this company didn't call up any meetings??

Don't worry on petty issues, company paid few millions to Investment Bank/lawyers etc to do this kind of exercise....it's their self interest to make it happen.
