Special Dividend from sales of asset. The extraordinary profit will appear in next quarter report. The company has lot of asset which has low in book value. The co has not make any new valuation of asset. This company incorporated in 1975.

The multiple proposals is good with cash dividend, bonus issue of shares and warrant
Right issue at 30 Cts being reimbursed back from cash dividend
At the current price is good to accumulate
Future business prospect is bright and also new management
Look forward on next week till end of November for the share price to shoot up

If buy for seek of multiple proposal is ok as future is good due to renewal energy n hospitality business
Temporary drop from 2.14 to 1.66 before closed at 1.73
If you buy in at this price,already price in your right issue of 30 Cts which will be reimburse from dividend distribution
I think shd stay around 1.80 before X by mid December
Their warrant exercise price at 66 Cts for 10 years
Shd be a big bonus to it
Normal company only give 3-5 yrs period because they want to collect monies from shareholders

Don't worry keep buying at whatever price. This is a Unicorn Stock. Never sell, just keep buying. Sources said this disposal is one of last tranche of old shareholders.

No reason for the flush down when all the corporate plans were approved. Kalau betul goreng mana ada volume untuk lari? It was a panic sell down even there were no buyer. It has not risen crazily and most buying a week or two were just panic . Agree Greensky very likely. With all the hard work by the new management tak kan terlepas bagi turun shj. Patiently waiting…
