1. Disposable of land for RM 82m
2. Special dividend 30c
3. Bonus issue 2 for 2 with 3 free warrants
4. Rights issue 1 for 1 @ 30c

For those who are holding ipmuda, you may continue to hold it. You can also choose to take profit if you want to. Those who haven't get on board, it's not too late.
You need to hold until mid November to see the price run up to above RM 2. The choice is yours and please decide.
The news is expected to be announced in mid Nov or coincide with the EGM, we don't know.
