This counter is perceived to have been fully valued for the time being as no more exciting new news is expected to be unfolded in the near future... its earnings growth for the next FY could be flat and is not expected to excite the market... it is time to look at other more exciting counters which have better visibility on their earning growth in the next FY....

Aiyo Derrick,.....seem like you learnt a lot by paying tuition fee leh............Still holding the son ha?......interesting leh........today morning trade initially look good leh......thought it going to rebound leh.......but too bad closing at lower end again...........no buyer to support it leh........only company is buying back the shares at lower and lower price...........opposite of the norm leh.............hope tomolo will be better lor.........vested interest from today again................ha ha ha

Aiyo Derrick, yeah, sad to see you lost and saw your replied in SUMATRAIN there today....... For me last time got vested interest but managed to get out with profit at the last peak in Sept......then price dropped to much liao so buy back a bit to keep and the company got buy back share everyday.......so.........it will support the price anyway........that's why I dun worry after entered liao...........ha ha ha

Aiyo miketyu, taht qty just like peanut nie nie leh..........that's to maintain the share price from lao sai nie nie.........real one still have to wait for company Q4 result and new launching in JB City this qtr.......GDV RM500mil is quite a big project for LBS lor.....hope to hear it sooner rather than later lor.......Dunno shareholder like us can get a discount from the company when buy the apartment or not leh? ..........anyone know it......pls share leh.........ha ha ha

Aiyo , today LBS dunno can cheong or not leh...yessterday got annoucement project at Gohtong Raya GDV 370mil.........if still no movement ha..........have to put into fridge for sometime liao wo........Director and co continue to buy back share ok.......to maintain the current price shld be ok liao.........and shareholders get their dividend as annouced last year.........so LBS become dividend play stock for 4 years nie nie...........ha ha ha
