Since Angelina asks for me. Ok, I share my 2 sen opinion, I agreed with Crawford Tan, mb won't privatize kps. Cos it is cheaper to set up a newco under kdeb to do that. Privatization of khsb is for land registered in the name of khsb but is the right to managed water assets is legally with kps already?? Answer is no, so there's no reason to privatise it for purpose of post water consolidation
