hngg3 if according to 1x book value, all the concessionaire value should be how many billion?. If I am not mistaken, if the KPS accept the previous deal, the divestment could be RM 0.83 per share. If according to 1X book value, the divestment could be how munch per share?

Hng33: Am i right? Now everyone just hopes that there will be top up... But dont forget Kps already accepted the offer. If Kali rejects top up from federal, reason- we are clean, willing to sacrify for rakyat- to become hero of rakyat. If No top up- Who is the "real" victim? Minor shareholders. KDEB has no effect at all.

Kps is a risky investment but puncak should not have any worry. That is why kps keeps falling but puncak hold strong

Probability to get top up from federal is small- Assume 50/50 there is a top from federal and 50/50 the seller who already accept the offer will get top up, which mean KPS has only 0.25 chance to get top up from federal if compared to Puncak (0.5) and Gamuda (0.5)

Furthermore Puncak and gamuda have a good link with federal, but for Kps? Kali wont care because KDEB is buying its own company. NO effect to them at all. Just only the other shareholders will have to pay the cost.
