not the free water policy, it's Khalid's own greed and useless that cause the water issue. Khalid HAS BEEN warned year(s) already about the urgency of water infrastructure, but rather solving the problem, he played dirty tricks that cause all water work to HALT for years, so concessionaires can be blamed, dragged L2 so the situation get worse so he can start his own water (HORAS). Khalid reject concessionaires water tariff adjustment now himself talking about tariff hike.

while there is nothing amazing about puncak/gamuda water co., but Khalid is the REAL CULPRIT that cause water shortage and now calling for tariff hike. Selangor has more than enough water but don't have enough infrastructure to deliver - is this caused by water waste or dirty politic?

Khalid is no different from typical crony when come dirty play.

Actually, upcoming expensive new Langat 2 water treatment plant is very near to Puncak exiting 3 water treatment plants (Sungai Langat Water Treatment Plant, Cheras Mile 11 Water Treatment Plant and Bukit Tampoi Water Treatment Plant).

The major problem state is facing now is lack of raw water to treat for its water treatment plant due to low dam water level. Therefore, instead of waiting another 3 year for langat 2 water treatment plant to be ready, it is more practical now to solve current water crisis by alter the pipe transfer slightly to transfer raw water from Pahang to nearby Puncak exiting water treatment plant to produce treated water and solve water crisis immediately. Puncak will be major beneficial and added higher value

Well, I hold a different View Jolle2. Kali is the MB, if he could not resolve top plight issues in Selangor than he needs to be blamed. I don't care if he is from BN or from PKR. I think a lot of PKR/DAP supporters have the mentality that BN politicians can be screwed damn hard (well,personally I think a lot of them deserved that too ) , but the opposition's politician from DAP/PKR, especially Mr. LGE are very sacred and cannot be criticised. All of them are elected to serve the RAKYAT, if any of them do very badly, in this case I think Mr. Kali is being very naive. So he deserved to be screwed.
