i don't think wasia will happen as this will frighten the capital market later as no one dare to invest in any bond issued that related to infrastructure.
It is just only Splash left. If they want to do wasia, they should already do it earlier together with puncak. furthermore the offer to splash is one-sided and obviously not a fare deal to them.
Tomorrow , they will be a happy ending with win-win solution for everyone. The fed and khalid sure do not want the opposition to take opportunity to blame them that it is not a fair deal.
