Had been observing this counter when it was traded above $1 attracted by its NTA then, luckily checked into its details in particular profit distributable to SHs of parent which is unusually low.
Eg. Sep, net profit is 4.1 million, for SHs is only 412k, about 10% only, 90% gone to who and whether they contributed resources necessary for those projects undertaken?
Eg. June, net profit 5.4 million, only 324k for SHs. Check yourself for other duration.

Anyway, if just for trading purpose, fundamentals is unnecessary as sentiment is more important.

I had read director report. Non interest share holder is refer for director who use they share for buy ideal height share n pt makmur cost for listing. So now company must payback to them who have borrow they money for the company with interest. Share capital for this company very small but project too many on going.
