hi Ooi, fair value i got at 47 sens. my entry would probably be only 40 sens but note i dont have any material facts only number crunching effort. so be adviced to check the qualitative side if your students can provide more info. are the lands leased, worked on (in terms of plantation) or going to be converted for any commercial purposes. that would enhance book value or sales value.

i dont like their beta level nor PE. just my inflated 2-sens. happy hunting

Ooi, really, its getting more and more difficult to get in already for value investors. I presume this multiple mini-bulls will continue towards end of year and probably 1st quarter next year at the very least. You can never predict.

Germany's Merkel is still committed to Spain as per today's Edge Financial, China's stimulus seems to drive it to soft landing, America's Twist and more accomodating policies will be in place for both largest economies. in local scene, we still have Malakoff IPO, budget announcement and more announcements of liberalization and easing financial position by BNM until GE13 i guess. The feel good factor will probably catapault BN back if everyone is making money. These all augurs a steady 2012, unless one takes the Mayan calendar into consideration. My prediction is a good 2012 for all, but caution on 2013.

I advice caution to all investors and punters. I is getting dizzying heights soon as moneys pour into the market by regional investors and healthy appetite of the local ones. careful in your chasing higher price theory my friend.
