I think MB want to save Selangor land for their people since the valuation may be cheaper at this moment. Secondly, it is about the water fighting.

Why the other parties campaign not to support this taking over and ask minorities share holder I think to sell their share cheaper? Do other devil that we know start collect to sabotage Selangor plan? I believe they will do anything now to sabotage what ever PR Plan for rakyat to make a damage to PR good image now.

We wait and see what will happen since the games already started...

One side want it being done sooner...

The other side sabotage the plan.. to make sure it is failed...

Some people says politic is dirty... and it is dirty when it is manipulated by dirty politician and people accept dirt is part of politic.. When people have a correct and right faith then politic is cleaned.. Politic is all about the judgement...

What will KHSB be in this period of time, Mr. Ooi already gave a good explaination. Thank Mr Ooi, the question should I collect at this period of time or wait until GE turbulence clear?

puncak can go up untill bn win, puncak is umno-related counter, even tough selangor has little possession , khsb, kps, kdeb is selangor gov related counter, check that 3 of kps director are the same persons whom are directors of khsb, and 2 of kps director are same persons whom are khsh and kdeb director...u can check all the directors of the three companys fr their web website, money is coming between doubt and confident...suit yourselves.

Your drum is very loud after the festival, no point-lah everybody had gone home.
People would have really looked up to you if you were drumming about KHSB one month ago, now your drum is like a death Knell.
What is the point being a lecturer or a remiser with 50 stocks if your guess is as good as person in the street.
No hurt feelings bro but I am really pity your students and your clients.

you are wrong. Ooi has recommended KHSB last year; from FA point of view esp to his students and emphasise not for trading but for long term hold . Thumbs up to his sharexpert students and will be big durian runtuh if the deal materialises successfully. Wait and see.

Okey they do have a good land bank and they are bleeding as well. I have check Sg.Buloh and Pulau Indah two years ago when they propose a mega project...what is happening to that project now ??
KHSB also have something happening in Cyber Jaya and Putrajaya but are they a hot cake like Mah Sing, YTL or even SP Setia ???
