Last quarter making loss at derivatives, amounted to 98 mil. However, most of the derivatives has return to black, imagine, if 80% of 98mil (78.4 mil) can be written back + 20 mil earning on takaful business. Next quarter EPS should be at least should be at least 13 cents.
FWD EPS to be 13 + 5 + 1 + 6= 24 cents. Compare to its peer, Takaful Malaysia PE of 10.5, MNRB should be worth at least RM 2.52. Takaful business in Malaysia market is still at the high growth rate.
PNB is hungry for the dividend, Maybank is still paying a good dividend amidst under such a bad market environment. I believe MNRB will give a good dividend payout for this year too.
Although this counter own by amanah saham bumiputera , but DID the ASB shareholders knew the most invested shares in KLSE did not giving ASB reasonable dividend
According to company policy 60% net profit will declare as dividend to reward shareholders. Last year net profit 25 cents , how much it spend on dividend. Only 2.5 cents
Questions : 1) If MNRB is good why no dividend declare during 2015-2018, and 2019 only declare 2.5 cents although eps 16 per year? 2) If MNRB is good , why the share keep on dropping like waterfall? 3) If MNRB Board of Director NOT SLEEPING TAKING BUTA GAJI , why today MNRB still in category of PENNY STOCK? 4) If MNRB this coming quarter can get 90-110mil earning , why the price nobody sustain it ? This kind of GLC stock even though earning bad, operators will support it BUT this stock have free fall from RM4.90 in 2014 until now RM0.80 ? How to explain?
80 sen is a good buy with small dividend n small profit n NTA of RM3 for a GLC penny stock. One day PNB n other fund manager will have to justify the price they pay for MNRB 1 year ago that is above RM1. Cannot stay there long if kLSE index keep moving up unless a FREE FALL
I think this year MNRB will give out huge dividend because this year PNB will only get extremely low dividend from petronas or petronas related company as Brent Oil Price not encouraging. PNB will ask MNRB pay high dividend to offset the shortage of dividend this year since all the directors from MNRB are appointed by PNB. So , for sure MNRB will be top 50 high dividend yield stock.
I had written an inquiries mail to the company and their reply regarding the dividend payout policy was up to 75% profit after tax. That mean MNRB might paying 50-75% profit for dividend this year. Let took medium range of this year dividend 16cents x 65%=10.4 cents. Dividend yield 12.5% based on current price. So, the conclusion is the stock price still have plenty of room to up ,reasonably TARGET price is RM2.05.
