KaiKai. RM0.98 does not equal to 44% upside.
Example, price RM2.00. Announce to pay RM0.98.
Price up to RM2.20.
After paid, the price ex to RM1.22.
Actual gain is 20% only.

But big question is after announced, how will the market react.

15% : if after the cash distribution the price is adjusted to RM1.22, it would mean that the stock is trading at 0.4 NTA and also 8% dividend Yield (based on 10 sen). This make it one of the cheapest stock in Bursa. Happy investing

RM3 and above should be a reasonable target. at 1X PB is 3.4 . at 1.5X PB is RM5.1.

datasonic : there is no timeframe or limit to the extension. Worth to note that Hwang given assurance to shareholders that they won't not delist within 2 years after the Sale of the core business - This April is the 2nd anniversary.
