prepare 3 batches of money, buy @0.91, 0.82, 0.73

sell, when rises more than 10%, don aim for too high, selling pressure will emerge.
worth to bet at this level is bcos, it would not just bungkus like that, would not just delisted like other heavy loss incurred ctr.
don blame me, if loss money!

50k = 50,000 x 0.98 = RM 49,000

100k = 100,000 x 0.98 = RM 98,000

just puncak 1 counter = RM 147,000

I have not been able to get in touch with LTH for a discussion so far, will try again Monday. Will try to get in touch with SC to learn the process on when and how would SC be able to assist minority shareholders given circumstances. Do they need a hundred marching into SC office before they would seriously looking into how to defend minority shareholders?!?

Agree. Same case with China stocks. Xinquan, CSL, Msports, Xinghe etc all also cash rich not only Puncak which is still losing money.

unless special disposal of asset else i cant see why puncak need to give anymore dividend ... puncak last time goreng until 3.x++ is due to water asset disposal ... suppose once the dividend announce, all retailers should get out as no more story already. if you really refuse to sell that time then really no one to blame ... stock market is such cruel ...
do you think the CEO will scare even 100 puncak minority storm into SC to log case against him ???

I will try to call up SC tomorrow to see if I can make an appointment for all frustrated minority shareholders of Puncak Niaga instead of appointing a lawyer to represent us in the case given that one of SC mandate is to protect minority shareholders (or, was I wrong?) I am still preferring a cash option in exchange for share to those shareholders, including me, who have gotten scared of how the board has represented us during the past quarters while the cash in the in the company.
