Value Investing...Why...!!!
1. We or I haven't met a single person who can predict price movements. Unfortunately those who claim to forsee market's directions, but actually don't have that ability.
2. If investors can predict future market's directions than value Investors don't exist in the beginning.
3. The beneficial time for value investors is when market are falling, where they invest with Margin of Safety to protect against huge losses.
4. Well most of us know markets cannot be predicted accurately...Value investing can be considered a safe n successful investing strategy.

Point 5. Last but not least...Value Investors must rebalance their portfolios...n bring down their cost of capital occasionally if there are opportunities to do so. Always remember to sell half of their portfolios, when Price appreciates...@100%...?...the rest is history. GL n Merry Christmas...TQ.

ESOS...it's a scheme that benefit full time employee, n it depends on the price when it was issued on the date n year. For this...@0.56 was issued to employees in Feb, 2015. So employees has ten years grace period to exercise it, to buy or sell. Usually 1 dollar is deducted from employee's pay, for ESOS entitlement. Bursa still have companies issuing ESOS, but in SGX it is becoming lesser, so many outsourcing nowadays. TQ.

VS today price movement quite good. Although price is drop, but can see that big fund accumulating..... should be able to break 0.72 resistance and move towards 0.785, 0.82

last time big fund already outflow before qr result out..... when qr result release, limit out that day, someone purposely pushing down the price with no volume, 0.6-0.7 is the fund collecting point... they almost collect enough

in report, the management are good as they str8 mention that their order gt affected in coming quarter... but the price fall from 1.7+ till nw 0.7..

i just share my opinion, i already buy quite a lot at price 0.66-0.7.....From FA, its a good company, From TA, i gonna have a rebound, but the rebound strenght how strong i dunnoe.... what i can say is... downside is limited, upaide still have more space..... buy at ur own risk
