Duta land has lots of cash, but kedekut !!

After touch high of 56 cents keeps dropping till now. Give lah some dividend, or use the cash by investing in some undervalued shares that has potential gain. Then price will go up.

Wait so long also price never go up beyond 50 over cents. Directors slowly collecting maybe, and later after got enough, then only price up ?
High NTA, no use, unless taken over.
