i buy and sell for this stock since 2013 few time. profit no bad. it will down to rm0.25-0.27 and up back to rm0.37 just few months.

They already secure new project abt RM400million since last year oct till now. Before that already have an order book of RM400 million in Malaysia and SGD 300 million in Singapore

Bintai recent won the contract’s value estimated at RM120mil as turnkey contractor for Kolej Universiti Islam Melaka, to be built on 15.58 acres with in-campus accommodation for some 7,000 students.

If take INARI as example.. Bintai share price share price should keep moving up since secured many big projects.

Their orderbook already more than rm1.5billion and growing bigger. Oversea and local govt project also can get.

Inari also previous low price was at 0.32 .. now grow so much till rm4.87 highest because have big projects and big players support push higher. If contra kakis and low vol trades, price hard to move up much.

Private share placement for big shareholder last year was at 0.32.
Those big players press sell down and buy back cheaper just like RI.
Price alwys move up back 0.32-0.33 and move higher after they get enough shares from the minority public shareholders.

Bintai losses in the past 2 quarters are partly the results of provision for doubtful debts. Even though provision made, Bintai still strive to collect debts via legal action. The above comment is just a classic good example. Keep it up and continue to collect more via debt collector.

Forget about this company

Losses not due to bad debt , that one is just a smoke screen

The main reason is directors pay

They got paid RM20 mil plus per annum in 2013 (2014)

That is the reason they made losses

Thanks Icon8888, I missed that part. My Sifu is always better. Why is it no one dare to query Directors' fees/remuneration being so highly paid to the tune of RM20/- for lost making company?
Icon8888 please help us to attend AGM to question the Directors for their rationale to pay so much. Thank you.

There was RI and private share placement last year to get fresh fund to support existing n future projects. Financial getting better with many new projects secured.

Last year private placement and rights issue exercise to raise funds for working capital, as well as to repay borrowings

Right issue raised RM20.5 million for them to be utilised mainly for working capital

DK122: Its ur own choice not 2 invest if u think its not a good counter.
Those who invest also when price r low n suit their own investment risk.
If its really a bad counter, bintai should not be able to win so many big contracts locally & oversea past 6 mths. The recent projects won, profits will only show in coming qtr financial report.
