timing: Its unaudited changes in financial accounting policy, compare to last year report. Should be read with last year 31 March 2015 audited financial report. Read page 6-9.

Court case pending receiveables amounting RM31 millions been excluded in their recent financial result with nta reduced alot. Price been push lower since 0.35, 0.28, 0.25, 0.22 with low vol. Rebound is way overdued.

Lowest last year 27/7/15 also big drop from 0.40 to 0.195 on 2/9/15 due to RI & other factors before price rebound up fast to 0.225, 0.295, 0.335, 0.355 and 0.375. This year also seems same situation where price being knock down hard to 0.19+/- lvl.

The Board of Directors of BINTAI is pleased to announce that Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 14 July 2016 accepted a Letter of Award from Kajima (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in undertaking Electrical and ELV Services for “The Proposed Construction of a Logistic Centre situated at Lot 3 (PN 89971), Persiaran Jubli Perak, Section 22, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor” (“Project”) for a Contract Sum of RM17,980,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Seventeen Million Nine Hundred and Eighty Thousand).
The Electrical and ELV Services for the Project involved the following phases:
Phase 1
(i) 1 block of 2 storey warehouses with offices at mezzanine floor;
(ii) 1 block of 2 storey offices with cafeteria;
(iii) 1 unit of guardhouse;
(iv) 1 unit of waste depot; and
(v) 1 unit of TNB substation with utility building;
Phase 2
(i) 2 blocks of 2 storey warehouses with offices at mezzanine floor; and
(ii) 2 units of waste depot.
Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Project is expected to be completed by March 2018.
The Project will not have any effect on the share capital, earnings and net assets of the Company for financial year ending 31 March 2017, however, it is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the BINTAI Group.
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of BINTAI or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the Project.

More than RM200milion projects secured this year but price retraced down low at around 0.20 range same as its warrant conversion rate. If the main share price didnt move up, its warrant price also hard to move up.
