(a) The Company intends to utilise RM15.0 million of the gross proceeds to partially repay the outstanding borrowings of the BKCB Group. As at 30 September 2020, the total bank borrowings of the Group (excluding lease liabilities) stood at approximately
RM155.8 million
which comprise mainly bank overdrafts, bankers acceptances, bill payables, revolving credit, term loans and hire purchase.

（吉隆坡5日讯）民泰近电（Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd）的合作伙伴Generex Biotechnology Corp已签署框架协议，以在中国开发和商业化Ii-Key-SARS-CoV-2冠状病毒疫苗。

民泰近电今日发布文告指出，其合作伙伴已与中国疾病预防控制中心、北京国信海翔股权投资合作伙伴及北京友丰国际咨询有限公司签署协议。

根据框架协议，Generex将获得预付款和后端授权费用。

这些合作伙伴将进行研发，并支付Ii-Key-SARS-CoV-2疫苗商业批准所需的100%资金，包括实验室工作、生产、监管申报和中国监管批准疫苗的临床开发计划。

民泰近电子公司Bintai Healthcare私人有限公司于10月份和Generex及其子公司NuGenerex Immuco-Oncology Inc签署了在大马的新冠疫苗分销和许可协议。

根据协议，Bintai Healthcare被授予在大马、汶莱、缅甸、柬埔寨、东帝汶、印尼、寮国、菲律宾、新加坡、泰国和越南分销、销售和商业化新冠疫苗的独家权利。

民泰近电说：“它还将拥有在纽西兰、澳洲和全球清真市场对该疫苗进行商业开发的优先权。”

截至早盘休市，民泰近电起1仙或1.54%，至66仙，市值为2亿1007万令吉。
