0.20 cents is par value.

Within certain period of qtr announcement, if any director will / intention to buy / sell the share, it have to make an announcement in Bursa. That is the meaning of the above announcement.

It means in the shortest (eg without attracting UMA) possible time he will try (by hook or by crook eg goreng-lah) make the maximum profits ,out of dealings ( by selling it only he will get the moneys) of the said shares.

Instead of chasing after a other hot stock to me is very, very much logical to buy and keep Hubline for some potential big gains. Only 1 director sell, that is the same person who keep selling the share...maybe he is only interested in small term gain...but I am sure other director still in Hubline who is keeping it and it will surely move up one day...my stand...is to hold.
