Take over pdz senang pasal tak banyak blok pemegang saham..dan jumlah share pun tak besar..cash money pun byk..hutang tak banyak..hubline banyak blok pemegang saham..hutang pun banyak.total saham pun besar..floating pun banyak..cash money pun sikit.lebih baik beli company yang kecil..hutang tak banyak selepas itu perkembangkan..seperti group tony fernandes.perkembangkan air asia..dulu dia beli company kecil je dari drbhicom..sekarang dah jadi bilion aset..pdz adalah bagus untuk longterm..

rusy, sebut pasal Air Asia(AA) dan Drb Hicom(DRB) dua syarikat ini pun banyak hutang, tapi kenapa AA dan DRB tak murah macam Hubline? Ya PDZ memang tak banyak hutang tapi syarikat rugi. Mungkin bilangan kapal PDZ tak banyak macam Hubline jadi pendapatan dan hutang pun kurang.
