If we look at Chuan Huat's accounts. NTA alone is RM1.60 but the current share price is still trading at 40 sen. Clearly it is under valued by the market by 300%. Chuan Huat is currently the best Steel Counter stock in term of net worth per share. Even rank better under-valued than Masteel.

Chuan Huat is giving out Dividend 1.1 sen for every share in Chuan Huat. Bravo. Should give out more. such as 5.0 sen to a share in order to attract investors to buy more Chuan Huat Shares.

Giving out 1.1sen per share only cost the group RM1.859Mil to pay out. Actally they should pay 5.0 sen per share. Straight away their share price will shoot to 60 sen. Giving out 5.0 sen per share only cost Chuan Huat RM8.3 Million which is well below their annual Net Profit Figure.
