mmm....the annual report already out...so crazy this company...loss over 90Million...for me rite now...selll...no recomend to hold...my guess on monday will go lower than 0.10...the TA is moderate but the FA is out...close my book 4 this counter...

Dear Friends,

I once owned Bina Goodyear. The Directors like Lai Tan Fatt & Wong Shuk Chai looked like decent people. Also there was a piece of prime land in Bandar Sri Damansara which has great potential.

Alas! Lehman Brothers' Debacle Struck. The Cement and Steel Price Increases Caused BG Year projected profits to turn into a loss.

And the worse news was - The Disposal of the prime land bank in Bandar Sri Damansara.

Finally, The Directors Have Sold Off Their Shares. And BG Year fell into PN 17.

Some of the former directors have bought PM Corp(4081) and now in Top 30 Shareholders of PM Corp.

While BG Year has been performing badly PM Corp is Now In An Upturn. PM Corp has doubled from 9 cents to 23.5 cents today. But there is a company called MUI Berhad. MUI Berhad own 70% of PM Corp.

I suggest that all of you should take this opportunity to sell all Bina Goodyear Shares Today & Buy MUI Berhad & PM Corp Shares Today.

Don't delay! DO IT RIGHT NOW!
