Yes Andr, the net debt is -5.3mil, with debt-equity ratio of 0.17. This company is very strong fundamentally. Future should be bright for paper packaging company with more e-commerce activities.

Don't be afraid of director selling, he has been buying so far, fair to take profit on just 50k shares. He is still one of the major shareholder, nobody will just keep buying, like EPF, also buy and sell. This is the stock with good potential under current e-Commerce activities worldwide.

Prior to March market crash, it was traded above RM3.00 due to good profit potential, now is the time to catch up again. Don't forget that NSOH is only 54.62 mil with single digit PE, only 5.88. Next thing to look for now is BONUS Issue! Cheers.

As far as I know, master is producing boxes for industrial usage. Is master oso producing small boxes for postal,delivery?

in the 2018 annual report, it did mention that there is 1 major customer contributing almost 46% of the total revenue, that sounds like some kind of industrial usage but not sure which company is that. don't think master produce small boxes for postal delivery, but it should stand to benefit from e-commerce i hope. The Board of Directors of MASTER is pleased to declare a single tier interim dividend of 4 Sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2020 (2019: 2 Sen).

It is good that the company is keeping optimistic in their prospect statement about the opportunities they can tap into, and hopefully they can really turn these opportunities into business orders soon. Will definitely hold on to this stocks for now as fundamentally is still below intrinsic value, with hope for a better future growth.
