3 billion share issued is already a bloated amount.
Now you have more..
They should consolidate shares instead of issued more shares.
In order for price to move, the share issued should not be too much.

Look at the case of RCECAP.

Jontfj, based on similar corporate exercise by other companies, warrant B and C will have free units. Exercise price will also be adjusted but could be limited to the par value of 10sen.
