they got another contract of 500 acres forest to extract and sell logs timber in pahang recently. plus the current area of 1423 acres, total 1923 acres.

the logs timber profit margin more than 50%, what a big margin compare to another operators !!! how they make it..... TaAnn's margin is around 30%

good news u already know, i went for the agm, i'll tell u the bad news.

the autralian prop project is not progress billing, but only book in rev when the project is done.

Sentul n Puchong projects are still question mark, the malacca one sure die

that's for the time being they're running on a tight cash flow, might not hv the ability to gv u a moderate dividend.

now sp is 55cents, given forward they can make 1 cent of eps per quarter, 4cents a yr,then forward pe is around 14.

hold or sell, pls make ur own decision

We refer to the article entitled "Fajarbaru confirms joint bid" published on The Edge Financial Daily dated 4 December 2015.

The Board of Directors of Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd (“FBG”) wishes to clarify that Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd (“FBSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary company of FBG, has not partnered with any company to jointly bid for the Gemas-JB rail link. However, FBSB is in negotiation with the China party pertaining to the Gemas-JB rail link and has not been finalised.

The Company will make appropriate announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad if there is any development that requires an announcement to be made.

This announcement is dated 4 December 2015.

......it should be a good buy....for every one Tekala share u get 1.33 WMG....WMG issue price is RM0.50 so whoever that buys now will get RM0.665. based on nta RM0.56 & premium 18% so thats how they came to 1.33 exchange....

....better buy Tekala, no risk & sure gain as per Bursa announcement on dec 3..........if buy Tekala tomorrow at 0.44 & hold till about cny after the RTO then can make 0.225......one Tekala now equal one WMG ( 0.665)

fajar is ability to build depot along the railway. look at his past completed project from his website, you will know their capability. For fajar, this is small case.

Raider Fajar Strategy very simple, buy n hold fajar at Rm 0.535 loh...!!
Fundamental and Earnings is quite strong even without China Railway JV.
At this price it got good margin of safet at price Rm 0.535 loh....!!

All projects no matter property projects or railway project all need long time to complete. Cash flow not enough to do all these projects... Australia property project is have to 100% built up first, then only setart selling...all money will be stucked in property Australia and those puchong projects...
