如果以企業運營的角度來看, YongTai 其實做得確實不錯, 至少戰略眼光很好, 高度格局也夠. 並且正一步步的實現各個階段的里程碑.

如果我們以投資者的角度去看待這家企業, 重點是究竟這家企業的核心管理層是否有前瞻性的眼光與戰略思維, 並足以在這艱難的病毒大流行期間帶領企業不僅存活, 更能藉此危機轉化成龐大的商機, 從而帶領企業創造新的高峰.

我是以這思維角度去看待與評估永大的. 當然, 我知道為何有些朋友在這裡對永大極度不滿. 如果以投機者角度去看待12月份的事件, 滿心以為 0.45 後會快速突破 0.6, 0.8,甚至一塊錢! 但卻被香港財團領軍丟票大賺一筆先跑了.

坦白說, 每個人的交易時間窗是不一樣的, 只能自己承擔自己的那份風險. 在那個時間點, 股價快速拉升至 0.45 後, 泡沫 (利潤空間) 已經很大了. 且疫苗項目的發展有必須的過程與時間需求 (這也是為何在發展疫苗項目過程中, 永大會同步引入黃金礦山的項目.) 相關時間與過程的需求必然將損耗投資者的耐性, 拋售自然就會出現. 作為較勢利的投資方, 很自然會先賺取那一份可觀的利潤. 而這個時候, 即使永大財務雄厚也不會去接盤的, 因為這是必須的 "洩洪" 過程, 更何況永大正面臨著一塊錢必須扳成兩塊錢用的階段.

但現在條件不一樣了, 目前永大已經在項目上得到突破, 陸續完成了相關里程碑, 核心變數已經被解決. 這將幫助他更有 Bargain Power 去整合手上的力量, 並創造新的集團里程碑.

究竟永大的股價可以突破到那個價位, 這我就不知道了. 畢竟我不是操盤的那位. 但我相信, 至少前景是明朗的. 你說呢?

由於主要在操作美指, 今天差不多中午才起床, 朋友知道我曾買入此股票就問我, 你就不緊張今天開市會怎樣嗎? 我和他分享說, 不管是股票或指數, 主要看的是 "勢", 順勢而為即可. 操盤的機構需要造勢, 而我們這些小股民, 順勢就好.

至於什麼時候買或賣, 就取決於你看的週期多長或多短. Daytrade 的, 一點風吹草動, 他就已經蹦跳三尺高了, 不是他沉不住氣, 而是他的交易風格使然. 作波段或趨勢的, 一兩周或數個月已經算長了. 但如果你的格局是整個大勢, 以棋手角度看待整盤棋局的布局與行走, 那就是另一回事了.

當然, 由於每個人的性格, 交易模式, 資本多寡等要素都不一樣, 所處於的角度與格局自然不同, 所以沒有對與錯. 只要你的交易方式適合你, 能達到你累積資本的目標即可.

所以, 這個階段認為 YongTai sell on new, 或著馬來西亞疫苗已經充足了, 沒有需求了, 那大可將手上的票給放了, 在你的角度或許是對的. 在風投, 私募或銀行的角度, 由於戰略目光不一樣, 看的週期更長, 對於他們來說這階段可能都還處於收票的階段.

馬來西亞的模式與香港相比較, 一般馬來西亞的上市公司並沒有專業的投資團隊進行資源的整合, 並與相關機構協同合作進行計畫性的發展, 而是僅靠 MD, CEO 或 CFO 的個人決策操作, 無形中難免錯失了資本最大化的應用.

What about Kanger? Does it has a solid distribution agreement for sinopharm vaccine. What is the status of sinopharm vaccine with NRPA. WHO approved it a while back, Ready to go once approved? A better option than YT?

@Trust, 我對 Kanger 不怎麼熟悉, 只能針對疫苗予以分享.

有一種巧妙的統一方法，用康復者的中和抗體作為基準1，疫苗產生的中和抗體與之相比，比值越高於1，說明其產生的效果越優於自然感染，也就是免疫效果越好，保護效果也很可能更好。

閉市了! 閉市價落在 0.295, 雖然不夠閃耀, 但至少算是個漂亮的 Weekly Closing. 有人期許價格可以回到 0.24 再掃貨, 但這機率有點低, 就好像 0.14 已經一去不回頭了. 相信下周會更精采. 期待中.....

获准进口中国疫苗 永大火热大涨

（吉隆坡4日讯）永大（YONGTAI，7066，主要板房产）获大马药剂监管局（NPRA）批准向中国进口新冠肺炎试验性疫苗，利好消息刺激股价一度飙升18.9%至31.5仙，闭市时更跻身为第3大热门股。

该股以28仙迎市，早盘最高涨18.9%或5仙至31.5仙，不过一个小时之后涨幅回吐，股价徘徊在28仙左右；休市时该股报29仙，涨3仙或11.5%。

闭市时，永大涨3仙或11.3%，达29.5仙，全天交易量达2亿8798万7400股。

永大周四（3日）向马证交所报备，旗下子公司YTB保健私人有限公司已获准进口深圳康泰生物制品股份有限公司（SZRT）的新冠肺炎试验性疫苗，并将展开第3阶段的疫苗临床试验。

该公司总执行长兼执行董事拿督薇拉巫光伦在文告中指出，对第3阶段疫苗临床实验保持谨慎乐观态度，由于疫情反复与医疗体系不胜重负，期待我国当局可快速批准该疫苗作为紧急用途。

根据文告，该公司于4月26日获卫生部医药研究与伦理委员会（MREC）批准，以展开第3轮疫苗临床试验研究。

该公司每年至少可采购1000万剂疫苗，并可选择每年额外购买1000万剂。

文告显示，中国已批准深圳康泰于6月1日在该国展开超过50万剂的疫苗首轮紧急接种。

Kajian Klinikal Fasa 3 ini akan dijalankan di lapan (8) pusat penyelidikan di Malaysia dengan sasaran peserta sebanyak 3,000 orang dewasa yang berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas serta dijangka akan mengambil masa selama 15 hingga 19 bulan. Malaysia merupakan salah sebuah negara yang terlibat dalam kajian klinikal ini selain daripada Colombia, Argentina, Pakistan, Filipina dan Ukraine. Vaksin ini juga telah diluluskan oleh negara China melalui Emergency Use Approval pada 14 Mei 2021.

Kajian klinikal vaksin COVID-19 yang dijalankan di Malaysia dapat memberikan maklumat klinikal yang berkaitan dengan keberkesanan dan keselamatan vaksin, serta maklumat berkenaan kesesuaian vaksin kepada rakyat Malaysia.
