Good news, Nexgram , coming to Melaka. Already signed agreement with Melaka state government to buy land on July 1st 2021. To build a healthcare, research. Next year the project will kick off. This is the biggest threat to YT, a real business plan.

Superapp Grab’s co-founder Anthony Tan made it as one of the three new additions to Forbes’ Singapore 50 richest people this year. Alongside him was Binance founder and chief executive Zhao Changpeng, as well as founder of nanotech solutions Nanofilm Dr Shi Xu.

The richest man in Singapore this year is Li Xiting, founder of ventilator maker Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics.

他也说，一旦我国80%成人完成疫苗接种，政府将探讨允许16岁及17岁的少年接种疫苗，16岁以下的孩童及少年则需要再等一段时间。

他说，根据了解，国内有一小部分人士不愿接种疫苗，政府必须想办法让他们愿意接种疫苗。

Clinical trials are important for discovering new treatments for diseases, as well as new ways to detect, diagnose, and reduce the chance of developing the disease.

The purpose of phase III is to evaluate how the vaccine works in comparison to existing ones for the same condition

so it take times and it will be more stable and reliable after all the test.

科学、工艺及革新部长凯里宣布，在全国冠病疫苗接种计划（PICK）下，12至17岁的青少年将会开始被安排接种疫苗。

他指出，冠病疫苗供应特别委员会（JKJAV）将在下周公布如何安排青少年的疫苗接种。

他在推特上发文说，有健康问题的青少年将优先接种疫苗；接着是没有健康问题的青少年，并且会按照年龄逐渐递减的顺序安排疫苗接种。

美国白宫首席医疗顾问福奇在当地时间12日受访中表示，虽然目前只有免疫系统受损的人群需要注射冠病疫苗加强针，可是在未来某个时刻，很可能每个人都需要接受加强针注射。

福奇表示，根据对实时跟踪数据的调查，已经发现冠病疫苗对不同人群的保护效果不同。对自身免疫功能低下的人群，疫苗的效果显减弱趋势。

福奇说，预计美国食品和药物管理局（FDA）将在接下来的48小时内正式授权为免疫功能低下的人群注射冠病疫苗加强针。届时，FDA将通过美国疾病控制和预防中心（CDC）及免疫实践咨询委员会发布相关指示，帮助免疫功能低下的人群接种加强针。

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the chief medical adviser to President Biden, says an additional COVID-19 vaccine dose is needed for people who have compromised immune systems.

Speaking to NPR's Morning Edition on Thursday, Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said that for those with compromised immune systems, the need is "so imminent to make sure that we get them boosted so that they would be in a protected zone."

The decision to allow a third dose would come from the Food and Drug Administration, which is expected as early as this week to extend its emergency use authorization on vaccines to allow an additional dose.

KUALA LUMPUR, 13 Ogos -- Program Imunisasi COVID-19 Kebangsaan (PICK) akan memulakan proses vaksinasi kepada golongan remaja berusia 12 hingga 17 tahun, kata Menteri Penyelarasnya Khairy Jamaluddin.

Beliau berkata PICK akan memulakan vaksinasi mengikut keutamaan iaitu remaja (12 hingga 17 tahun) yang mempunyai masalah penyakit kronik, diikuti individu remaja (12 hingga 17 tahun) tanpa masalah perubatan dan berdasarkan penurunan umur.

广州开打3剂冠病疫苗

（北京14日综合电）中国广州由周五起开放18岁以上民众，预约接种一款“重组冠病病毒疫苗”（CHO细胞），需要打3针，也是目前中国唯一一款3针程序的冠病病毒疫苗。

中国媒体引述医学期刊指，97%接种者在注射3剂“重组疫苗”之后，可产生中和抗体，不良反应比率较低，适合60岁或以上民众，及部分有基础疾病，但病情稳定的人接种，但不适合18岁以下群组或孕妇等，亦不能与灭活疫苗混合接种。

3针剂的冠病疫苗，也就是重组亚单位冠病病毒疫苗需要接种三剂，每两剂之间的间隔不得小于4周。

冠病疫情去年暴发时，各国政府希望能通过群体免疫来阻断传染；然而，德尔塔这类传染性更强的变种病毒出现后，把要达到群体免疫的门槛推高到几乎不可能跨越的水平。专家如今甚至认为，全球可能永远都无法实现群体免疫。

此前的观点是，如果有60%至70%的人口接种冠病疫苗或因染病而产生抗体，疫情就有望平息。然而，更容易传播甚至在某些情况下可避开免疫保护的新变种病毒使这个理想变成幻想。

本月初，美国传染病学会估计，德尔塔变种病毒已将实现群体免疫的门槛推高至80%以上，甚至可能接近90%。

对此，美国权威医疗机构梅奥医学中心（Mayo Clinic）的疫苗研究部门主管波伦说：“我们会实现群体免疫吗？不，非常不可能，显然是这样。”

永大集团在6月底获卫生部的国家药剂管理局的批准，采用中国深圳康泰公司生产的冠病疫苗，在大马进行第三期临床试验，该集团正积极展开后续行动，包括申请在9月从中国进口该款疫苗，供给私人界自费接种。


该集团已于6月28日向国家药剂监管机构提呈相关资料，希望尽快获批，有条件为中国国药集团研发的冠病灭活疫苗进行注册。

自6月21日展开三期临床试验以来，目前3000名志愿者已接种了康泰生物所生产的试验冠病疫苗或安慰剂的第一剂，其中近800人已完成两剂接种，目前团队正开始搜集前期数据，在搜集本地三期试验的前期数据后，能加速该款疫苗获得批准引入大马使用。

YT有意和中国深圳康泰公司合作，在本地设立疫苗生产和研发中心，目前和有关单位的磋商都在进行中，希望能在今年底把细节都谈好和落实，中国深圳康泰公司是一家专司研究和生产疫苗的公司，如果可在本地设立，除了冠病疫苗，也可生产国人所需的其他疫苗如B型肝炎、流感、德国麻疹等疫苗。
