Impression City Melaka is a big project and is in hot area of melaka. Currently, no investor coming in, they are just waiting for the fund. If the whole project can begin, it sure will be a interesting counter. Dun buy in first, wait for good news release.

haha,I got 6 lots in hand at the price above 1. when it started to drop last time, I never bought in as I know yongtai will got net loss quarterly till end of 2020. yongtai is a risky counter now that worth to buy only at 0.20, this is my valuation. you are welcome to buy above 0.40, no matter how all those stuck here waiting for heroes to rescue.

actually, I don't want to buy at 0.20 also if it drops to that. no dividend, every quarter loss in future, worse than FD, higher risk than any kind of investment in world, poor timing for property and show business, capital loss. I will buy lah if 0.10.

The losses may encore and the impression is bad. The story of Impression Melaka was oversold but the tickets remain undersold. The worst fear here is that it may turn into a white elephant. Shareholders likely have to wait for a sustained surge in Chinese tourist arrival to watch the Impression Melaka in order to turn in a profit for the company. Till then, the downward pressure will persist for some time.
