many investor cut loss, but they wasnt know alot short seller playing around just to gain some profit. use spare money to invest so when short seller come in, and u dont sell. no impact. if the co wasnt good and no future, no matter how low the price, no ppl will be picking up. they are targeting investors to do panic sell.

At 0.34 its even lower than pre-rally price of 0.50 back in 2015. Looks like the IB has successfully conned so many ikan bilis. As the famous saying, goreng till hangus.

actually this counter result not that well, yet the overall trend still dropping...and also influence by the market environment now, the company still not stable and or any strong rebound.. even last friday also just for a while, it can't even stand stable in one week, Overall it still in down trend , if it break 0.3, the share may be will further drop. anyway, whatever share, after long drop sure will rebound, but the problem is whether its sustainable or not.

even you got a huge loss on this counter, you need to admit this is truth and mistake, even how pain , must learn to cut loss. if you cut loss and this counter go further drop, you can avoid another loss, and wait it lower price and in again . Don't let your money stuck in one share.

besides the company got retained losses, or negative cash, or sold the core business baru can pn17, so far yongtai doesnt sell terra square and encore melaka. NTA is still 1.14. if sold one of them, must return at least 0.5-06 per share to shareholders but still can't pn17 as the core business of yongtai is both property and tourism segment.

not easy to pn17 la, perhap we shall take a look at 5213 but not 4715/3182. hope there is miracle for all of us. 7066 is initial take over n convert to property (that is y it register as property- in bursa) and somehow down the road they find a good, convincing story to deify 'someone' and the company. boom..... now this show bcome the mainstream business, and it can b a good excuse if the whole thing fail. end story.

nothing can stimulate the price of YT right now. dimmed outlook on property segment. plus the encore show not as popular as expected. with a lot of uncertainties in broad market, the prospect of the company looks negative in short and mid term.

Peranakan show is very minimal impact for international stardum. The management need to come out with a show which is more international level. The encore hall is good, but the show doesn't attract the audience.
