Last Fri afternoon nearly want to cut loss...luckily saw Cpteh's post on Seacera so decided to hold thru the weekend and managed to sell n make some money today.
The Directors are not aware of any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the unusual market activity; and The Directors are not aware of any other possible explanation to account for the trading activity. if they answer like this then G.G....you did not aware but big disposal...haha
the directors better say we con the retails and wanna disposing all our stocks and take all the money overseas,worry that MACC come check on us.....hahaha
Most likely the few major shareholders pleaded their shares to the banks and made cash withdrawals for their own purposes . They did not expect the share price will drop so drastically .

Seacera’s three major shareholders – Zulkarnin Ariffin, Datuk Mansor Masikon and Datuk Ismail Osman – have been forced to sell down their stakes in the company on the market.
At 15.5 sen, it was trading at a mere 0.08 times its net tangible asset of RM1.87 as at June 30, 2018.
