I'm wondering why people talk about the land value only after force selling, and estimate the share price to RM1. In fact the share price was only 0.30 - 0.40 between last one year and with the land on hand. =====================
30 to 40 would trap a lot of value investors....a case of not knowing better than to know about the land/ nta.
but now different.....now more people knows about it.....I didn't know until it is force selling and 18......share to go up needs more buyers to come in.....I look forward to selling at 30 -35
Value Of This Land The company have 376.594 million shares. Lets not talk about other assets. Also don’t care if the township will develop or not. Value of this land itself is worth RM2.08 per share! Other assets are plus/minus enough to pay the liabilities. The company’s bank loans not very high. Total only about RM68 million. Not bad. Company like quite well managed. Today share price is 21 sen. Last week crash to 15.5 sen but missed the boat already. Pay 21 sen to get RM2.08 is very interesting. No wonder the guys who comment at Seacera forum are happily laughing. This land lelong to Eco World also enough for super big profit.
