i disagree with this rumours that seacera have a chance to get this job because of the below facts:

i) seacera is not a reputated and established construction company but it was only second tier tiles supplier.If WM such a big multi-billions,they will probably use the branded tiles.

ii) If we trace back all the multi-billions projects record, the government will only award to the establish construction company like IJM, MMC, sunway which having good relationship with goverment as well.Goverment don't want to take risk to explain in the parliament when attack by opposition parties.

iii) seacera don't have track record in dealing with projects more than 1 billions in malaysia.

iv)There are a big competitor like hazama, samsung which having a good chance
due to they have a track record constructing tall building more than 60 storey in malaysia like petronas twin tower.

v)recently seacera have private placement and it might to use this rumours to trap people for selling the shares. I want to ask you all, if you all the business man, you want to keep cash/ invest in second tier company?

vi)The 5 years consecutive account earning inconstant at all from 1.2m to 33.9m. If you are the tender committee chairman, possible or not to award them?



This is just personal opinion, just want to advise don't just believe for the rumours and have to trust the facts. Don't trap by the rumours by analyse yourself carefully.

As mentioned by PNB. this WM be given to oversea company... seacera is the only company already sign MoU with extremely big company from china... This job WM, is not for local... Oversea company will be main contractor.... but contract will be 60:40. 40 is for local. 60 for main contractor...

As mention in MoU, Seacera only interested with supply raw material and etc(small thing). Shanghai and Sinohydro will be the main contractor for constraction and Infrastructure.

SPAZ have work in hand worth Rm350mil... How come small company can seacure big job from MAHB... That is the same thing will happen to seacera... 170mil value company can secure Rm2bil work from PNB... Rm3bil is for main contractor ya...

KUALA LUMPUR: Seacera Group Bhd is teaming up with Intelligent Fence (M) Sdn. Bhd to put in a bid to build a 506-km long electric fence along the Malaysian-Thai border.

Seacera said on Tuesday it had signed an MoU with Intelligent Fence to take part in the tender under the public private partnership to the Home Ministry of Malaysia.
