guys, hold this stock... tremendous catalyst upside.. personally not so bullish like AYAM TUA/ optimus, but...

(i) tiles - new capacity and plant - profit should be RM8m minimal
(ii) construction - few backlog projects about RM150m - RM8m profit minimal
(iii) properties - a few launching and new projects soon
(iv) warisan merdeka - worth RM1.5b , 40% portion seacera , assuming pat margin of 10% = RM20m profit per year
(v) electric fense - cash cow concession, one off contract construction at RM1b, assuming JV 50% - RM500m portion, seacera one off profit could be RM30m, maintenance could be RM5-10m

Add up everything.. profit could well be RM60-80m per year, however they might need to raise fund to do all these projects, so assuming rights issue and share cap double to 300m shares

you still get 50-180% upside from the price current here.. TP RM2

（吉隆坡24日訊）東南集團（SEACERA,7073,主板工業產品組）與智能圍籬有限公司（IFSB）聯手，以便以公私合營（PPP）方式參與馬泰邊境506公里建築智能圍籬工程，防範每年因走私津貼燃油等至少55億令吉稅務流失，同時防止販毒、走私軍火、販運人口等威脅國家安全。

東南集團董事經理朱卡寧今日在新聞匯報會上強調，東南集團與IFSB已聯手提呈建議書予內政部，IFSB公司所用科技證實在南非、澳洲、巴西、墨西哥等國皆有效，相信若馬政府願意採納，只需花部份的流失稅款，便可有豐厚回收和使大馬安全更有保障。

他表示目前因仍在競標的過程中，不能公佈所涉款項；而且政府的需求未明和地型有待勘查，因此尚待確認。

他指出，防私堵漏對大馬而言有其迫切性，政府同時也考量其他建議書，不過以其已獲得驗證的技術，對所具備的技術感到自信。

他說，若獲競標，上述工程將獲若干年特許經營權，至於是BOO（建造、營運、擁有）或BOT（建造、營運和轉移）方式需看政府意願；不過，他希望能在回本及有些微利潤情況後，就轉移政府接手圍籬系統。

根據文告，雙方的聯營詳情，包括融資與技術詳情容後討論與協商，並在最終聯營協議書中闡明。

IFSB公司主席拿督莫哈末蘇菲安說，這個橫跨馬泰邊境的電殛圍籬系統，有6千瓦直流電令入侵者遭電殛疼痛而延緩其行動力，同時裝置感應器及連接監控系統探測虛實。

這項來自德國的科技100%安全，獲得國際電氣委員會（IEC）與大馬能源委員會認證，比在邊境建築金屬圍籬或城牆更有效益，而且24小時和一年到頭都有電源。

他估計，馬泰邊境的506公里邊防圍籬系統，需要約3年半時間建築；圍籬高3.5公尺，將在馬境內建造。（星洲日報／財經）

if we win WM project then rm2bil will be for seacera. the job have to be completed 2017. let say they start 2015. that is mean every year will be 500mil for seacera.

last year revenue is just 60mil.. this year maybe higher because they secured MAHB job...


I just put 80mil revenue for this year. So from 80 mil revenue to 500mil revenue. with revenue 500mil what will be TP for seacera? my TP is rm 5. Dont forget SPAZ will involve in this project. Seacera own 60% share in SPAZ...
