Read latest announcement, get 20mil land purchase from PKNS. Project won, profit expected of course must be more than RM20mil mah,

RM20mil/Shareoutstanding 400mil=0.05
If GSB consider small little property, apply P/E=5 only, already worth RM0.25!! 100% return, not counting also all other projects in hand planning to launch next year! Just buy and wait 200% return at leasT!!
