was referring to tiger's bursa announcement, noticed last few were directors disposing shares. pls note again klci (as well as several key markets) have reached all time high in years... good news, but what's follow is UNKNOWN :)

The Board of Directors of TSB refers to the Article published in Nanyang Siang Pao on Friday, 17 May 2013 in relation to Dato' Seri Abdul Azim Bin Mohd Zabidi re-emerged as a substantial shareholder of TSB and wish to announce that TSB had on 17 May 2013 received the following notifications:-

- A set of Form 29B dated 17 May 2013 from Syawaras Sdn. Bhd. notifying TSB that they had on 16 May 2013 and 17 May 2013 purchased in total 19,200,000 shares in TSB which is equivalent to 5.02% of the total issued and paid up share capital of TSB

- A set of Form 29B dated 17 May 2013 from Dato' Seri Abdul Azim Bin Mohd Zabidi notifying TSB that Syawaras Sdn. Bhd. had on 16 May 2013 and 17 May 2013 purchased in total 19,200,000 shares in TSB which is equivalent to 5.02% of the total issued and paid up share capital of TSB.

Subsequently to the above, Syawaras Sdn. Bhd. has become a substantial shareholder of TSB and Dato' Seri Abdul Azim Bin Mohd Zabidi is deemed to be a substantial shareholder of TSB by virtue of his interest in Syawaras Sdn. Bhd.

Please refer to our announcement to Bursa for details on their abovementioned purchase of 19,200,000 shares in TSB.

this counter if u look at some other counters ..these dato and the gang is very cunning playing wit their shares..they can convince u positively with gud news ..u must know how to dance with them..they play hunters and predators...gud luck..wit god blessings
