The company break up value is 1.06. Price weakened after acquisition. By diluting the shares, it becomes more marketable. Not every company wants to increase their share value, You should really read the company's financial statement. But I suppose most of you guys are speculators rather than investors.

please read carefully, TA did not under write. is min scenario. under water 70%. u can keep the stock forever. based on the size. you can forget this stock. no more. end of the game. owner wont spend money to bring up the stock. for its biz. u can forget about it also. property can sell?
