Hold - Tiger can only go up. Obviously this is the collection stage, and the longer its pressed down, the stronger it will be when it jumps. Just be patient. It may be your best investment !!

Mr Tan n family ,last Ar2015, control a total of 66.5%. Now I think should be more since it is damn cheap for a property counter. This counter will a target for privatization. So buy quick before its moves up!

Why I say is a strong buy cos NAB is 15 sen ,now selling at 5.5 sen , a huge discount of 63%. According to super investor like Buffet Warrent, a discount of 30% is aldy a buy. Another plus point is the recent right issue which is 8 sen, a discount of 31%. So decide yourself.

Sideways movement for the past 4 months,I believe its going to break up of this congestion period. I aldy noticed the daily transaction is increasing,this is the sign of syndicates accumulating.

Syndicates like to goreng penny stock which is fundamental n dirty cheap. They don't need so much capital to push.

Trade recievables and payables are both negligble. Land bank for development worth 70m. Very small loses. Correct me if i am wrong. Don't you think it is worth a second look?

Losses are small but accumulative.. Reserves look clean due to par value reduction from RM0.20 to RM0.08.. In the next 4 months, the Company is liable to pay RM1.14 million for unlawful purchase of land.. There goes the proceeds from the rights issues recently.. The Company is seriously in need of cash..

Having said the above, still, syndicates need no reason to fry up a stock price.. It's just a matter whether the public buy into it

1) Up
2) Down
3) Sideways
Tiger now in sideways movement with increasing volume daily ,a stock to consider. We must always follow the wind in order to make money.I like this stock due to zero debt (very important),cash in hand (recent right issue exercised),so no problems of completing the various project all in KL n Selangor, below right issue price etc. etc

Tiger! Name is Tiger but counter share performance like cat. Same syndicate like APFT and Aturmaju. Hopeless shareholders, maybe for trading and speculative. Not for long term.

Earlier using danny Yen and his brother joey Yen, so called taiwanese gangster, my foot. Behind JV with a Kenanga Damansara Height remisier, Garne, ex cimb. What u expect?

Now using chua (so called ex christian Kwok ppl) ruin counter like Industronic, MNC, GPRO (now is GNepture)and VIS.

Genuine shareholder won't want to use this type of people unless the shareholder are same type of person.

This Tiger is really hunger for money. I believe many shareholders are not happy at this proposal so do I. Anyway it is just proposal cos it might not be approve by shareholders. Few yrs ago, Mk land also proposed something like that. At last the proposal cancel. In such scenario, tomorrow opening might drop a bit,anyway do not panic if u have holding power.

Why do you think the price keep moving between 0.050 and 0.055 ? Because it is merely a tiger show. Don't buy unless it breaks 0.06 comfortably. Because the price can move in either direction. 0.05 is not the bottom price
