Hi char1234, Tiger long term borrowings only 6.8m and short term borrowings only 3.1m. The property development costs is 157m ! This is due to 3 ongoing projects, 1. Telaris Alam Impian , 2. Gombak condo and 3. Cheras project.

I have been following for abt a yr, I found out that Dato Tan N family ding dong the shares . Sometimes sell more than buy & vice versa. Sometimes selling at loss, very weird ?Must be insane as u may call it . In actual fact he is buying more than selling.

Another good and very erotic tiger show today. Mother Tiger closes flat at 6 sen but testing 6.5 sen with good volume of 40.4 million. Son Tiger-WA roars and closes higher at 2 sen with good volume of 15.1 million. Youngest son Tiger-WB is crouching at ambush position with volume 2.1 million, and closing unchanged at 3 sen but peaking at 3.5 sen. Thus for this week it is reasonable to predict that mother will sailang in the 7-9 sen band and the sons will be sailing in the 2-4 sen band. Then the coming weeks mother should reach TP of 20 sen, sons TP 10 sen.

Tiger like any other stocks have ups and downs. Lately, with the completion of the project in Sg Buluh ie Bukit Sri Putra already delivered with CF , all sold out 170 units on freehold land , estimated GDV 75m , and net profit estimated to be 15m. With ongoing projects on prime freehold land in Shah Alam, the TELARIS ALAM IMPIAN , the GDV is 260m, estimated net profit is 50m. This is on 13.586 acres very near to the KESAS HIGHWAY, and also their flagship project. Buy now while it is still CHEAP !

The private placement is at proposal stage, yet to be confirmed. 10% of total shares ie about 139m shares to raise fund RM 6.257m . As for me , I viewed it positively. Some might see it negatively. There are two sides of the coin, pros and cons.

Tiger has a very good cash balance in the bank ie 8.654m with FD 1.205m, borrowings 8.5m, retained earnings 35.7m , trade receivables 6.44m, trade payables 4.3m. Excellent company . Very prudent in spendings. One completed project in end 2015, ie profit coming in this year. Flagship project ard otw. Buy and keep. Tp short term 10s.
