Something is brewing here in Tiger. Just relax. A safe haven since their borrowings , trade receivables and payables are negligble. Good cash position too. Have just completed their latest project in Sg Buluh ie Bukit Sri Putra in end 2015 , with certificte of completion ready too. Soon, the profit will be realised with these 170 units of 3 storey linked house.

Buy and keep. Tiger Synergy Bhd is a gem among the rubbles. Land banks all freehold and located at prime areas. Houses build very easy to sell. Recently, Bukit Sri Putra in Sg Buluh already completed by end 2015. By now, this project will bring in the revenue and the profit. An interesting project which is ongoing is their flagship in Shah Alam. Check it out , Telaris.

Now Tiger is on a bullish rally. This crouching tiger is starting to roar. Price going up and good momentum. Price still very cheap and so are the warrants. It has many good factors as mentioned by B4B4 - low debt, good cash and development projects in prime locations. So we should buy before the price jumps beyond our reach.

At first the tiger retreated a little bit, defending the attack from the front and the back , being attack at 5.5s and also 5 s. Then finally, this Tiger woke up from defends and attack with full vigour eating up all its attackers at 5.5s , and some at 6 s. Wow, what a great day this energetic tiger show its power.

Look at the warrants. One exercise value 8 cent amother is 17 cents.
Someone has been accumulating the warrants lately.
If the value of the mother share is not going up to at least 11 cent or 18.5 cent.
That person must have too much monies to burn.

Or something is actually brewing ??

correction both warrants exercise price is now 8cents after the rights issue.. please check the profile of the warrants in bursa malaysia.. the only difference is the maturity dates..

Also, Tiger debts and borrowings very small, trade receivables and payables also negligible. Ongoing projects plentiful, in Telaris, Gombak and Cheras. All are prime land very good location.

As for borrowings, they hv in debt abt 12 mil and their cash is abt the same.....BUT suprisingly they hv 150 mil assest !!!???

Yes char1234, Tiger is a certainly good buy for now. Mother still cheap at 6 c and the sons much cheaper at 1.5-3 c. Prices are observed to rise, but hopefully not too fast so as not to overheat. Some of their development projects are only starting this year so the profits might take quite a while to materialise. But the great tiger show last Friday by Tiger & Sons indicate that the excitement comes sooner than expected.
