This joke makes my day, comparing BOBA to gloves ! Very creative.!!

One can choose to ignore that most big gloves counters have order books close 18 months. This is an open book, with effectively stabilize FY2021 & 2022 moving forward with rather firm EPS (b4 ex bonus) of above RM1.50 per shares.

Of course one can continue to mystify your thought this cannot be true, but gloves figures are not rockets science to calculate, with available capacity and ASP. Also, of course one can say that ASP will collapse, but don't kid yourself as if 18 months orders on hand will evaporate into thin air lo, even if vaccine is approved tomorrow.

I really hope vaccine will be available tomorrow to stop suffering of people, but the thought of vaccine will not co-exist with glove is absolute naive !!

And don't forget, Msia will only do F&F ( of course include some who want to do it in kitchen), so what will be the business size? Even if one wishes to distribute, you think good margin will be accorded, especially those that don't even have low temperature storage facility and GMP facility ??

Pause and think. No need to be emotional !!

Glove counters, are suffering a prolonged downward pressure on both its share prices and ASP, due to increasing competitions from both local and international players, negative sentiments due to vaccine news / windfall tax /FDA queries, overweighted share prices, market saturations, labour shortage, maximised utilisation rate of it's current production facilitie (capped) and fear of unsustainable future earning.
