hi team, I am new trading in this counter.
Just now I check on Stock chart , I find out this couter on Dec 9 2013 ,open :0.135, high 0.145, low :0 , close :0.145.
Can I know why on that day lowest is 0. Mean people trading at price 0.
Impossible ?
Can SOmeone tell me , I am very curious.
I appreciate your guys

Able jewel is a piece of freehold vacant development land in Mont Kiara situated at Jalan Kiara 3 measuring 130,000 sq ft (3 acres).It was purchased in 2012 for a sum of RM27Million.Based on comparative method(similar vacant freehold land in Segambut was transacted in 2014 for rm330 per as ft) the market value of its Mont Kiara land should be worth at least RM43million.Presently Able is doing the groundwork for launching of the condominium project and also applying for increasing its density.The project should be a success based on the experienced of its M.D. Dato Allan Lim who is also the controlling shareholder.Dato Allan is previously one of the boss of ex-Sunrise group together with Dato Tong kooi Ong ,both of whom are well known for the development of Mont Kiara.Sunrise was bought over by UEM Land in 2010.

Able has a small capital base of RM39Million(par value per share is 15cts) with NAT per share of 18cts and small borrowings.
In my opinion It is a good share to invest for long term at the present price of 9 cts per share.

Sure can close above 0.19 today. Since today's morning session was strong and if you follow the trend of other companies with strong momentum from morning till afternoon's break, after lunch the uptrend would continue. My own TP for today;s closing would be around RM0.19 and it should be able to break 0.2 by this week and go up. Huat everyone!

Damn, i said it would close around 0.19 and touch 0,2 within this weekend but it already touched today. Looks like the momentum has built for this counter. If you look at the momentum, volume and RSI (purely technical analysis), it points that ABLEGRP can shoot higher this week. Looking for it to reach around RM0.25 by this week if this counter closes above RM0.20today. Hence, I am looking at an upside of 25% from the current price.
