actually the result is expected no so good.
but I HATE and fancy with the director (TAY KHIM SENG) selling ahead of the QRT result release....

I sold all because i lost the "TRUST" to this company..... u as a once of the director but act like a idiot monkey.....

SORRY, pohuat is removed from my watchlist.......

As an independent director, he is not able to access the financial results of the company before the Board meeting was held for discussing in the meeting in May 16. He might know some information a bit indirectly from his brother. Investors can accept the company for not performing well since risks is involved in every investment. But investors couldn't stand this fellow threw the shares following the board meeting before the announcement of QR. It was obviously an insider trading....not sure against the law or not.

The only thing I know is the director have to inform bursa if any buying or selling share...

Then how many of 'them' selling before qr release? U and me don't know..unless you are the same boat sharing info with 'them'..

According to SuperMan 99 article, If cold eye still holding Pohuat, each quarter he can get around 100k.

10 Quarters = RM 1 million Dividend. = 3years time.

This is how people invest in stock market.

Conclusion=Buy growing and good dividend stock.

Buy Before ex-date & hold till ex date --> only entitled for dividend
Since I was trapped at high price, I just hold it as long as I can for its dividend(better rate than fixed deposit).... but my capital was trapped too :( hope one day it can shine
