delta, it is good IF institutional investor ngap this caunter, currently only family investors. Need to improve on corporate governance as lots of related party transactions whereby major shareholder has interest in the company that has been awarded contract i.e. on hostel etc.

I think bonus issue will be good to improve liquidity , may be you can suggest in coming Agm , I think related party transaction is ok provided it is not abuse .

Very true, sharinginfoz. Related party transactions amounted to almost 76% of their expenses. From supplying bolts and nuts to lacquer and raw rubber woods, let alone the hostels and leasing of factory lots

Despite what is say in this thread, I think very few companies paid out such dividends. This action itself says a lot of how major shareholders or owners or management treat other non controlling shareholders fairly. So I am with Liihen and will buy more as the price dip.

If this stock is not supress by this anti Liihen group , I think it should be close to 3.00 now , just observe, towards closing someone will lower the price by giving 100 shares. This seller has been doing it for many months.
