CDS account need deliver letter yourself. You may double confirm your question with your bank.

if you have OR in your acc, means you are entitle to subs mother at 0.06, if you sell the OR, means you sell the rights to subscribe

you have to do subscription, it won't auto convert to mother, and if you no subscribe or sell the OR, the OR will burn after the trading date

No doubt Tawin is a good long term bet. But bear in mind that the cable harness business for the EV market will only start shipping from second half of the year. So the qr results from the EV biz will only show early next year. To set realistic expectations for all here.
