Kuanyap looks like there's only adjustment of conversion ratio instead of 4 to 1 become 2 to 1. Read your PA announcement there. That's why people rush to buy warrant not PA. Not PA expert can't help much.

@kuanyap there’s announcement for PA. You go to KLSESCREENER, click TAWIN-PA announcement, on the 6/5/2021, you will see an announcement. At page 5, there is an adjusted formula. Read if it’s being adjusted or not. I didn’t really read into it yet.

Rakuten is the easiest one because they are nominee account. No need go buy bank draft and submit so troublesome. Go to My Account --> Corporate Action Subscription --> Click and pay accordingly based on your entitlement.
