EV Charging and Infrastruture in Malyasia is Super lagging behind neighbour country.
but this is normal in Malaysia same like last time vaccination rate very low, after goverment afford now on track and ahead of many country.

Many other countries have given big subsidies and interest free loans to buy electric cars. Eventually there will be some 'incentive'. Even my office car park got E.V. charging station now.

TA WIN HOLDINGS BERHAD ("TA WIN" OR THE "COMPANY")

On behalf of the Company, the Board wishes to announce that Ta Win had on 30 September 2021 served a termination letter to RR One to terminate the MOU with effect on 30 September 2021 as the parties were unable to conclude the discussions with details and terms of the joint venture. Pursuant thereto, the Company will no longer be pursuing the proposed joint venture with RR One as contemplated in the MOU.

The termination of the MOU does not have any financial impact to the Company.

This announcement is dated 30 September 2021.
