unlikely for mother share to be affected by the ICPS which is on its own. Question is will ICPS also attract dividend.

Conversion price of ICPS to mother share is 80 cents. So expect ICPS to trade 80 cents minus the mother share price

so is it worth taking up the icps. example if have 10,000 you will end up with 80,000 icps @ 0.08cents, have to pay RM6400. can make money or not?

It is not easy to predict how much the price
of icps can go up. It depends on the company's financial performance & market sentiment. The question is whether worthwhile for iculs holders to convert to mother shares.at RM0.87 per share & to pay RM640 for every 1,000 shares not forgetting the amount paid for iculs.

mother share is now only RM0.885. so no pint in converting iculs at RM0.87 as the cost is easily RM1. my aswell buy mother share in open market.

I agree with you to buy mother share at current price. Several major shareholders sold their stake in Atta probably due to the right issue. Otherwise, the price wouldn't have dropped so drastic.

LA ex price rm0.87 (or 1 LA+ rm0.77) while PA ex price rm0.80 (or 1PA+rm0.72).If mother trades at rm0.80 PA shall trade at rm0.08 n LA at???? Assuming at zero premium.....

considering worth to convert LA to Mom , or buy Mom. After the issuance of icps, mother share adjusted ? need 10 icps to convert to Mom, or one icps + 72 cents. Since icps ex px lower than LA, 80 sen, compared to 87sen, icps value more than LA. Yes, many bought LA at higher than 30 sen, and did not change to MOm as you require 90 cents, but gets div of 10 cents.

CPS, convertible Preference share is better than LA which bears no interest at all. Difficult to say which is better, Buy Mom to get icps, at 90 cents now, then pay for 8 icps, costing 640 rgt. Then sell Mom after dividend to get back capital. Your cost is 900 less 50, or RM850. After xd, sell Mom, so use this 850 to pay for 8 icps at 8 cents for Rm640. Pening sikit !!

Who is going to subscribe ATTA's ICPS now? 8 ICPS at RM0.08 each for 1 mother share held is too much. Conversion price is RM0.72. RM0.08 + RM0.72 = RM0.80 but mother share now only RM0.785. I expect the mother share holders will try their best to dispose their ATTA-PR at RM0.005 from 07 to 13 November 2017. Really a very weak batch of administrators.

Mom share drop as it is x, icps. Price will be adjusted after 5 cents div, so 79 - 5, = 74 cents. So no point to change to Mom for LA and icps as lower than, should you exercise, cost price of 87 and 80 cents !!
